 A recent Harvard study asks:

"Does everyone need a 4 year college degree?

"Not necessarily, especially when... "Only 56% of those enrolling in a 4 year College attain a degree, less than 30% enrolled in a community college succeed in obtaining an associate's degree"

and

"The Pathways to Prosperity study finds that America's education system is focused too much on college prep and not enough on alternatives, like vocational and career and technical education."

 As a guidance counselor or technical instructor, you will want to be aware of technical career opportunities available to high school graduates who do not choose to attend college. MTTI is an accredited school approved by the RI Board of Govenors' for Higher Education and the US Department of Education and offers short-term, high-quality training programs.
